These hit that sweet spot of warm but not sweaty, which is exactly what I wanted for typing at my desk all day. The 30% wool actually makes a difference compared to my old all-acrylic pair, and the 7-inch length covers my knuckles without bunching.
Wore these through a whole winter of morning dog walks and my fingers never went numb, even at 18 cm they cover just enough past the knuckle. The wool blend is warm without the itch I usually get, and the stripes haven't faded after several washes.
